We work with different types of cotton yarn (carded, combed, open-end), single or double yarn (twisted), snag resistant terry loop, all in the gram mage that best suits your collection. We weave the Affix Apparel towels on our dobby looms (for striped designs) or jacquard looms (for complex designs), in different textures and thicknesses.
For a custom Affix Apparel towel production, the minimum order is 500 per personalized design, if the color is chosen is in our color panel.

Towel with custom design all over printed by sublimation
We manufacture all-over printed bath towels and beach towels, we print your own design all over the entire surface of the towel.
The printing (textile digital print) is carried out by sublimation on the peach-skin effect side of the towel, microfiber with a pleasant and soft touch. The printing perfectly shows the colors and details of any type of design, it is the best solution for an incomparable and above all durable print quality.
Printing can also be done on a 100% microfiber towel, if lower price is requested.

50x100 cm (19x39 inch)
70x140 cm (27x55 inch)
100x150 cm (39x59 inch)
but we make also tailor made sizes according to the quantities, such as the maxi beach towels in 150x150 cm. The weights can vary according to the request but we mainly work in 300 and 350 gsm towel fabric.
